What course should be joined?
The name of course prescribed by banks is Computer Automation and Office Automation. This is basically a foundation course comprising of computer basics (MS Office, DOS, E-mail and Internet). The duration of this course may differ in each training centre. The sufficient duration is 1 or 2 months.

What If I have studied computers in college?
It is very important to note here that if you have studied computer as one of the subjects in graduation then you are not required to submit the certificate. However please ensure that your marksheet does mention computer as a subject.

The cost of the automation course varies in each centre and city. Generally the cost should be between Rs. 2000 to Rs 4000.
