1. Personal Details

Be thorough with current affairs from past three months. Questions can be asked related to recent awards, Major issues, Sports, State Governors & Chief ministers. 4. Banking Knowledge

5. Latest News
“What is current repo rate” or ‘who is the chief of Asian development bank’, you can answer them only if you read newspaper every day. There can be questions related to recent national events, recent satellite launch etc .So it is advisable to stay in touch with newspaper and news channels.
6. Know your state
As it’s the IBPS RRB Interview so panellist can ask you about your local language proficiency of the state. In addition to test your language there can be questions on number of districts in your state, names of ministers, governor etc.
7. About the organization
You should have some knowledge about the organization. Few questions on history, awards or chairman/MD name of the bank could be asked to see your level of preparation and interest in taking up the job.
8. Know yourself
Now comes to the real part where you need to talk more. Questions like ”How can you be useful to our bank”, ‘why should we hire you’ can be asked. The key to answer these questions is don’t sound too vague and be confident about yourself.
9. Why Bank job

My D.O.B is-01.01.1985(31years.). As per ibps-rrb notification max. age is 30( not born earlier then 03.07.1985). my question is can I apply for officer-scale-1 this year on the basis of OBC cast. I belong to OBC. please suggest me.
