The first thing that your employer will look in you is weather you have the ability and the technical skills to handle the job or not. Be sure that you have the correct knowledge of the post you have applied for and are able to make the interviewer believe that you are the best person for the job.
2. Knowledge of your Graduation/ Post Graduation Subjects:
The interviewer would check you upon the area if you have the necessary skills whatever is being taught to you or not.
