The Institute of Banking Personnel selection is an autonomous body which is responsible for recruiting people into various banking jobs. IBPS, every year, conducts a common written test for post of RRBs and subsequently the candidates who clear the cut off for the exam enter the IBPS RRB Interview round. The interview will have total of 100 marks and the relative weightage (ratio) of the common written test and interview scores will be 70:30 respectively.
